Thank you for shopping at Handmade Jewelry Store. Because our items are handmade and many are made to order, we take great care to ensure quality.

• Non‑customized items (e.g., standard necklaces, bracelets): You may return them within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

• Custom/personalized items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

• If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective.
